Rylee Arnold talks about crazy 'DWTS' routine
Rylee Arnold reveals how she prepares for the 'craziest' part of 'DWTS'
Rylee Arnold has opened up about how she prepares herself for the intense schedule that comes with a new season of Dancing with the Stars.
The professional dancer told People Magazine that preparation isn't just about rehearsing for her. She says she makes sure to take time to rest and mentally reset before the competition begins.
She said, "I love to just rest before a season starts, for sure, because once it gets started, it is the craziest, most stressful but super fun situation."
Adding, "So I love to just mentally prepare myself, give myself a good rest before it’s like craziness."
It is pertinent to mention that Rylee first appeared on Dancing with the Stars: Juniors in 2018 before joining the main series as a professional in 2023. She made her debut on season 32 alongside reality star Harry Jowsey.
Now, Rylee Arnold is returning for season 35, where she will partner with comedian and podcaster Connor Wood.
Notably, the dancer expressed her admiration for her older sister, Lindsay Arnold, who previously competed as a professional on DWTS before stepping away from the show. "Lindsay is probably the hardest-working person I’ve ever met in my life."
"Like, we were doing rehearsals, and she was breastfeeding and dancing at the same time. I was just in complete awe of her," Rylee said.
Furthermore, Rylee claimed that she became even more inspired by Lindsay after joining DWTS herself.
