Kanye West sends message of 'solidarity' with surprise court appearance at Lil Durk's trial

Kanye West and Lil Durk share a professional connection. They have been frequent collaborators.

They worked together on projects like Donda and the two-part Vultures.

So as Durk appeared in court for an alleged murder-for-hire case, Ye made a surprise visit.

According to TMZ, West, in a full-black avatar, made his way to the courtroom to reportedly support the rapper.

Inside the court, the Grammy-winning rapper sat in the second row and removed his black sunglasses while he was there.

Days before him, a fellow rapper, Machine Gun Kelly, also visited the trial to watch the court proceedings.

Meanwhile, Durk has been in custody for the past two years since his arrest.

According to prosecutors, Durk is behind the murder-for-hire of rapper Quando Rondo for allegedly killing his friend King Von in 2020.

The rapper's crew, according to them, carried out the attack, which Rondo survived, but his cousin, Lul Pab, did not in 2022.

Durk, on the other hand, strenuously denied the allegation.

Meanwhile, West's visit to a fellow rapper's trial was not his first appearance. Previously, he attended Sean 'Diddy' Combs court case in New York last year.
