Kehlani sparks fresh concerns for health as she cancels more shows
The Grammy winner singer cancels 2 tour dates after hospitalization
Kehlani is pausing her world tour to focus on her health.
On her Instagram on Wednesday, the 31-year-old singer announced she is canceling two upcoming shows in New Jersey and Washington, D.C., because of illness.
This announcement comes just two days after she rushed to the hospital due to a painful illness.
“After two off days feeling completely normal,” Kehlani penned on IG. “I've been up all night unable to swallow & in so much pain.”
“I just left the hospital & am not cleared to sing for the next two shows,” she continued. "I’m so sorry Camden & DC."
Although she had to cancel two shows, the Grammy-winning singer emphasized that her "team is working on a solution."
“Breaks my heart to have to ever do this,” Kehlani wrote. “i do everything i’m supposed to to ensure my health stays up to par & it still isn’t guaranteed.”
Concluding the message, the Nights Like This hitmaker revealed that she’ll see her fans at her next tour stop in Richmond, V.A. on August 29.
Along with the announcement, Kehlani also shared photos from inside the examination room.
