Gordon Ramsay debuts British-inspired restaurant at Disneyland: Details inside

Gordon Ramsay has opened a new restaurant at Disneyland Resort inspired by classic British cuisine.

The celebrity chef officially opened The Carnaby in the Downtown Disney District in Anaheim, California, on July 13. It is said to be designed around the spirit of 1960s London with a family-friendly atmosphere.

In a video shared by Disneyland, Ramsay described the restaurant as a celebration of "Cool Britannia." He said opening a restaurant at Downtown Disney had been a longtime dream and praised Disney for its rich history.

The menu features several of Ramsay's signature British dishes, including beef Wellington, fish and chips, bangers and mash, a Wagyu burger and chickpea tikka masala. 

Guests can also choose from desserts such as sticky toffee pudding, Oreo cheesecake and chocolate tart.

For younger diners, the restaurant has kid-friendly meals like chicken fingers and a smashed cheeseburger.

Ramsay said his six children help test many of the dishes before they appear on the menu. He also explained that if his children enjoy a recipe, he knows it has a good chance of becoming a favourite with guests.

The Carnaby was first announced in October 2025. 

At the time, Ramsay said the restaurant was inspired by London's lively culture during the 1960s and aimed to combine stylish interiors, great food and music to create a welcoming place for families, friends and couples visiting Disneyland.
