'Sinners' star Hailee Steinfeld unveils how she is 'ramping up' post-pregnancy workout

​Sinners star Hailee Steinfeld is gearing up for a fitness routine as a newly minted mom with the help of her trainer "aka (her) dad."

​The 29-year-old actress opened up about her post-pregnancy fitness routine in her Substack newsletter.

​Hailee, who welcomed a baby girl with husband Josh Allen in April, shared, "I am just starting to ramp up my workout routine, which I am so excited about. I am back with my trainer aka Dad, who really likes to give me a run for my money."

​As the doting mom believes that she should be prioritizing her comfort first during her postpartum, Hailee noted she is currently taking things slow.

​"It's all about a slow ramp-up right now, which I'm really appreciating."

​She continued, "And as always, listening to my body and not overdoing it because I have a tendency of setting strict goals for myself [with] deadlines and timelines."

​The Starving singer further explained, “[I'm] not letting go of that completely because I do love that sort of structure. I love a goal-oriented plan. But when it comes to this situation currently, with working out at this time, just taking it easy and listening to my body and doing what feels right."

As for which exercises she is focusing on, Hailee shared, "It's summer! Get me in the water. I will swim some laps."

​It is pertinent to mention that Hailee and the Buffalo Bills quarterback tied the knot in 2025 after two years of dating.
