As House of the Dragon season three is around the corner, fans who are in awe of Daemon Targaryen are asking only one thing: will he still be sulking in Harrenhal?

It is a reference to season two, where the silver-white-haired Targaryen prince had arrived in Harrenhal to muster forces for Queen Rhaenyra.

There, Daemon, who is best known for riding his dragon and swinging his blade, spent his time conjuring schemes and enduring disturbing visions.

In the cursed halls of Harrenhal, the prince's stay became longer in season two.

This, in turn, led some fans to become frustrated.

However, Smith, who portrayed Daemon, said in season three that his character will have more screen time with familiar faces.

“I suppose, in sort of basic terms, it’s slightly more exciting being around your colleagues a bit more, which you’ve developed these working relationships with, and you get to entertain those on a daily basis again," he told Comic Book.

Emma D'Arcy, meanwhile, added that season three may finally see Rhaenyra's fractured relationship with Daemon at ease.

“I think we meet Rhaenyra and Daemon in a sort of state of reunion; it’s nice. They're a fair-weather couple.”

House of the Dragon season three will air on HBO Max on June 21.
