Perrie Edwards marries Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in stunning Portugal wedding
Little Mix Star Perrie Edwards exchange vows after 10 years together
Perrie Edwards and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain have officially tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony in Portugal.
The Little Mix singer and former England footballer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, both 32, got married on Saturday at the Igreja Matriz de Estoi church in Faro.
Around 70 close friends and family members attended the ceremony, which began shortly after 3 p.m.
Alex wore a black tuxedo and arrived with family members, including his father, former footballer Mark Chamberlain.
Perrie arrived about 30 minutes later in a vintage white Mercedes convertible, exuding grace in an elegant white lace wedding dress and gold earrings.
She was accompanied by her father, Alexander Edwards, as she entered the church. The venue was decorated with white flowers.
Perrie's mother, Debbie, and six bridesmaids, including her sister Caitlin, followed behind. The bridesmaids wore matching light blue dresses.
Guests enjoyed live music from a five-piece orchestra during the ceremony, which lasted about 30 minutes.
After exchanging vows, the newlyweds left the church hand in hand while guests threw white flower petals and cheered.
The celebration continued outside, where guests enjoyed drinks as Louis Armstrong's song What a Wonderful World played.
The couple chose to keep the wedding relatively private and low-key.
After the ceremony, guests were taken to a restaurant and wedding venue in Vale do Lobo, where the celebrations continued.
Perrie's former Little Mix bandmate, Jade Thirlwall, was unable to attend because she was performing at a music festival in Porto.
The wedding comes after 10 years together, in which they also welcomed two children. They got engaged in 2022 after Alex proposed during a walk on the beach.
