Jennifer Lopez makes unexpected statement after 'Office Romance' release
Jennifer Lopez is currently busy promoting her newly released film 'Office Romance'
Jennifer Lopez has made a bold statement following the release of her new film Office Romance.
The 56-year-old actor and singer recently appeared on a podcast, SubwayTakes with Kareem Rahm, where she revealed that she has the skills to be a good Secretary of Education.
She further told the host Kareem that there should be a Self-love subject taught in schools.
“Self love should be a subject in school from kindergarten all the way through college because they teach us things intellectually but an intellectual m*********** with no emotional intelligence is dangerous. It’s a dangerous person," said J.Lo.
The On The Floor hitmaker added that if someone doesn’t grow intellectually, they won’t be able to succeed.
“And if you fail, just like anything else, you can’t go out in society. You can’t have a job. You have to keep going until you become a good person”, she said.
For those unversed, Jennifer is currently busy promoting her new film, Office Romance. She plays the lead role in the film opposite Brett Goldstein.
Office Romance was officially released on Netflix on June 5.
Recently, in an interview with Extra, Brett lauded Jennifer as a "phenomenal" and "extraordinary" artist.
"I think it is extraordinary to do as many different things as she has done at the level that she has done them with the success that she has done them and how it seems to transcend time and ... You know, you forget how many f****** bangers she has in her catalogue," he said.
"I also genuinely — as much as I think she is beloved — I think she's underrated as an actor. I think she's a fantastic actor. And seeing her do her thing on this film, seeing it up close, is really like, 'You're f****** good at this,'" added Brett.
