Morgan Wallen addresses viral piano-flipping incident with cheeky response
The singer's piano outburst video went viral on social media last week
Morgan Wallen has a sarcastic response after he lost his cool following a technical mishap on stage.
On Friday, May 29, the country star's piano stopped working while he was performing his track "Sand in My Boots" during his Still the Problem tour stop at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver.
After the performance, Morgan shoved the upright piano and then flipped it over, causing visible damage according to viral videos shared on TikTok at the time.
Now, Morgan has shared a clip on his TikTok account on Monday addressing his violent reaction to the mishap.
“Hey, I just want you guys to know that right now this piano is working,” he said while tapping the keys of a piano.
“That’s what they told me last night, too," Morgan added sarcastically in the end.
“Can’t you tell I’m so distraught over my piano?” He captioned the video which apparently was recorded in his dressing room a day after his performance.
Morgan is currently touring his Still The Problem Tour across the U.S.
The flipping piano incident came two years after Morgan was arrested for throwing a chair from the rooftop of a Nashville bar. He later pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges related to the incident.
