Jennifer Aniston is a finger away from pulling the trigger on her memoir and one of her biggest motivators is none other than Jim Curtis, the man with whom she’s been fueling marriage rumors with.

The news comes via a well placed source and they claim the star might actually pull the trigger this time around because “she knows she is one of the few stars of her generation who has an incredible life story to tell – from Friends to the full story of her divorce from Brad.”

They also say, if she does write a book, she could also “address her strained relationship with her late mother and the sad facts around Matthew Perry’s death in far greater detail than an interview,” not just her marriage. All in all “it all adds up to a saga of epic proportions and Jen knows it,” in their words.

But the source didn’t end there. Instead they also say, “she’s one of the few stars who can legitimately ask for a $20million advance. But she would have to write it herself, not with a ghostwriter – and it would have to be great.”

Another thing to note is that while Jen’s said to have always been ‘terrified of committing’ to it. Right now she’s “in such a great place in her life,” she’s “feeling a lot more confident about sharing the details of how she got there.”

Her biggest motivator is also the reason for this happiness and the insider admits, “Jim says all the time how liberating it was to write his memoir. He’s helped Jen become so much more honest with herself. She’s done a lot of healing since they met and feels like she does have a lot of life lessons she could share.”

For those unversed, in the past Aniston also spoke about one of the biggest past issues of her life, which was the love triangle between her, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. She even accused Pitt of not having a “sensitivity chip” and years prior joked it was “one for the memoirs”. But its only now that she’s said to be seriously considering it.

Near the end of the chat, and before signing off, the source even explained how close she is to actually making it happen because “Jen’s been journalling for years, so she has a proper record of everything.”

“But one of the biggest challenges in doing this would be letting go of her need to be perfect,” they admitted. Hence “if this is going to be the honest account of her life she’s aiming for, she’s going to have to admit to all her flaws and insecurities. She’s ready for it, though.”
