Demi Moore suffers heartbreaking loss as her beloved travel companion dies: Report
The actress is reportedly mourning the passing of a closed one
Demi Moore is reportedly heartbroken from the loss of a beloved family member.
As per a report by DailyMail, the Substance actress' treasured pet, a micro chihuahua, has died at the age of five.
The pooch she named Pilaf had made multiple appearances on red carpets and talk shows with Moore; however, he has not been seen on Moore's Instagram account since her last post with her pet on 3 March before the Actor Awards.
The dog's own page on the picture-sharing platform hasn't been updated since the end of February.
Moore previously talked about how she took Pilaf almost everywhere with her, and the dog had more travel experience than most of the people.
"She’s like my little friend, my partner," she told Hello. “She stretched out on that Air France La Premiere flight. She loved it. She's my little travel mate and she’s just a joy.
The actress shared, “I usually have her in my little sling. We go everywhere – she’s been to the French Open, the Louvre, and Broadway shoes."
“She just saw Romeo and Juliet with Tom Holland in London. She was quite moved. She thought the performance was extraordinary, as it was.”
As Pilaf has more than 30K followers on social media, Moore said, “She is quite a star."
Moore has not announced the sad news yet.
