Cooper Flagg won the Rookie of the Year Award last year
Arianna Roberson and Cooper Flagg have recently confirmed dating rumours through viral TikTok montage after weeks of speculations from fans.
The romance reportedly blossomed while both the NBA star and a rising NCAA women's basketball player were on campus at Duke University.
The dating rumours gained momentum when Roberson attended the Rookie of the Year Award ceremony alongside Flagg’s family and appeared with him at a Mavericks press conference on April 29.
The couple went public on social media through a TikTok video posted by Roberson from their vacation in Turks & Caicos.
In the video, the couple playfully showcased various outfits and the video was captioned “Feeling Myself”, with a nod to Nicki Minaj and Beyonce’s popular track.
The moment the video was released, the social media erupted as millions reacted to the reel, amassing around 1.3 million views. The fans send supportive and heart-warming comments and express their excitement to see more updates regarding the couple’s relationship.
“I was waitingggggg,” one fan noted, while another exclaimed, “I KNOW THAT’S MF RIGHT.”
The user commented, “ok I see ya beautiful couple.. all fit was lit.. fav last one.”
The third one wrote, “She 6’4, plays at Duke and her brother played in the NBA for several years. Flagg is thinking long term. He’s a man with a vision.”
Some fans wondered about the height of Arianna Roberson, who somehow matches the height of Flagg.
Flagg was the No. 1 overall pick by the Dallas Mavericks in the 2025 NBA Draft and won the Rookie of the Year Award.
