Netflix promises more 'Money Heist' chapters in new teaser
'Money Heist' is one of the most-watched series on Netflix
For Netflix, Money Heist is a gold mine, given the streamer's record-breaking viewership.
Now, the company has announced it will expand the universe with multiple spin-offs, it appears.
With the teaser, shared on Sunday, Netflix announced the gang's story is not yet over.
The statement read, 'Some stories start with the perfect strike. And this one changed everything."
“From the first heist for cash to the most artful robbery of the century, including the assault that put tonnes of gold from the Bank of Spain on the line, the universe of ‘Money Heist’ has never stopped growing, evolving, and surprising us."
“But if there’s one thing that’s clear, it’s that the revolution NEVER ends."
"From now on, this is mission control for everything in the ‘Money Heist’ universe."
"If you want in on the next plan and don’t want to miss a single move from the gang, this is the place to be," it continued. "The world of ‘Money Heist’ continues on Netflix.”
What is a bombshell for fans is that Álvaro Morte, who played Professor, himself announced the franchise's return. Netflix wants more 'Money Heist' for fans.
Separately, Alex Pina, the creator of Money Heist, earlier said that a miniseries focusing on Colonel Tamayo was in the works.
