Kanye West heads to Georgia as rapper expands Europe run

Kanye West had been faced with scores of setbacks regarding his shows in Europe over his past anti-Semitic controversies.

But now, in yet another European country, Ye is said to be performing.

That is Tbilisi, Georgia.

Though details about the show have been kept under wraps, the concert has been announced on social media, sparking a frenzy among Chicago's rapper fanbase.

He is heading there on June 12, 2026.

Kanye West's Albania stop

Adding yet another show to his European run, Ye will also perform in Tirana, Albania, on July 11, 2026.

The country's prime minister, Edi Rama, announced on social media about the Donda hitmaker's show.

Fresh backlash for Kanye West

Despite these shows having been confirmed, West has been under fire for his anti-Semitic past from certain quarters.

His concert in Portugal, set to take place on Aug. 7, was engulfed in controversy after the Jewish community in the country demanded that the local councils and the Portuguese government end the support for it.

According to Euro News, formal requests have been sent to the councils of Faro and Loulé, urging them not to use the state's resources to facilitate Ye's show.

David Botelho, the president of the Israeli community in Lisbon, or CIL, said that officials are "not only allowing a well-known anti-Semite to perform in Portugal but also in a public facility that belongs to everyone."

Faro and Loulé have yet to respond to the requests.
