'Heartbroken' LeAnn Rimes cancels more shows as she details 'serious' health issues
LeAnn Rimes shares another heartbreaking update
LeAnn Rimes has canceled several upcoming concerts due to "severe" health issues.
“After a diagnosis of covid leading to severe laryngitis, I’m so sorry to have to reschedule next week’s shows,” the 43-year-old singer shared on her Instagram Story on Friday, May 1.
She further penned, “A visit to my doctor for a scope of my vocal cords has confirmed the news and I wanted to tell you as soon as I could.”
Following the sad news, the How Do I Live songstress has moved her shows in Waukegan, Illinois, and Wilmington, Ohio, to November 6 and 7, respectively.
“It breaks my heart, having to schedule these shows. There is no place I would rather be next week than celebrating with all of you,” LeAnn wrote. “However, this is sadly out of my hands until I get this under control.”
Closing her statement, the singer added that she is “looking forward to seeing” her fans soon.
Earlier this week, LeAnn announced that she was forced to cancel two shows due to health issues.
“Due to severe illness, I am unable to travel & perform this week,” the I Need You hitmaker penned on Instagram on April 29.
“I’m sorry to share that the upcoming shows in Spokane and Seattle will be rescheduled. Also, good news as we will be seeing you very soon," she added.
