Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson hands life advice he lives by
Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson drops a little nugget of wisdom for fans and its something he’s always followed in his life
Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, best known for his time in the ring and in the film Moana just turned to his Instagram account to offer some nuggets of wisdom on a random Tuesday.
This bit of advice comes straight from his feed and features both a video of himself walking into a gym even before the morning light pours in, and sharing what he thinks should be life’s motto.
In one of the clips of the video he also showed off the neon sign’ Stay Humble, Stay Hungry but it was his caption that delivered the brunt of it.
It said, “Some of the best work you ever do, no-one will ever see (unlocked emoji) I heard that philosophy decades ago when I began training alone and it always stuck with me — because it’s true. My best GRIT, GROWTH, AND FLOW STATE breakthroughs always happen when I’m training alone — away from the noise, expectations, distractions, validations or anyone’s stamp of approval.”
“And it’s not only in the gym, but it applies to life as well — the quiet sweat equity you earn that no-one will ever see. Do the work completely, intentionally, quietly, shut the lights off and go home. Saturday night. Just me and all my friends”.
