Noah Kahan relates to ‘Hannah Montana’ when he is not working

Noah Kahan just admitted that her goes into "Hannah Montana mode" when he isn't working, a popular character of the same name, who lives a double life as a normal girl, but wears a disguise when she’s on stage performing.

The Great Divide singer has learned to balance his personal life with public scrutiny by trying to switch off and lead a normal life when he returns to wife Brenna Nolan in Vermont, comparing the situation to the fictional character played by Miley Cyrus in the Disney teen series.

He told E! News, “I have an amazing family and a lovely wife and a whole life outside of music that allows me to feel grounded. Every time I go home to Vermont my family immediately grounds me in the best way.”

“I go Hannah Montana mode, you know? Like, I take the wig off and then I just be myself,” the Stick Season hitmaker explained.

The 29-year-old star has also never found it difficult to settle back into normal life, “I’ve always found it easy to kind of disconnect which is nice.”

Noah recently opened up about his struggles with body dysmorphia and being candid about the mental health condition, where a person obsesses over their perceived flaws, has allowed him to connect even further with his fans.

“It’s amazing. It means that I can be myself and talk about the things that I go through with specificity and the fact that people receive that and find their own ways to connect to it is the greatest formula ever,” he said, adding, “It means I can just be me, and I’m very grateful for that.”

Noah thinks things have got "easier" for him since he spoke about his mental health problems, including depression and anxiety.

Discussing how his life changed ever since he opened up, the Northern Attitude singer stated, “I think it’s gotten easier. It allows me to be in the moment, to accept that I am worthy and it’s been a really lovely practice trying to stay present.”
