Eva Longoria reveals positive changes in life in Spain: 'It's so amazing'
Eva Longoria , along with her husband, José Bastón, and their seven-year-old son, Santiago, lives in Spain
Eva Longoria has finally revealed the one thing she loves about the United States after relocating to Spain.
For those unaware, Longoria, who was born in Texas, lived a huge chunk of life in Los Angeles before relocating to a luxurious villa in Marbella, Spain, with her Mexican husband, José Bastón, and their seven-year-old son, Santiago.
In a talk with PEOPLE magazine to promote her travel series Eva Longoria: Searching for France, the 51 American actress and producer said, “I miss my family, my Texas family…. [and] good Mexican food. That's what I miss. That's what's not in Europe, is good Mexican food.”
While her husband Bastón and son Santiago “really enjoy life in Spain,” especially long meal.
“They love a long meal. You're never in a rush. I don't miss the working lunch,” she continued.
“It's so amazing how we really don't take lunch in our work culture. You always do the working lunch: ‘I'm going to go grab a sandwich. I'll be right back.’ You only have an hour. It's so stressful to think, ‘I have to hurry up and be back,’” the Desperate Housewives star quipped.
Notably, the second positive change for Longoria in Spain is less traffic on roads, as she shared, “There's no traffic where we live [in Spain.] I walk everywhere."
It is pertinent to mention that being a mother abroad multiplies daily challenges, but she is not surrendering to personal and professional lives and her new series, Eva Longoria: Searching for France, which will drop each episode weekly on CNN through May 3, is evidence of it.
