Offset gets hilarious requests after his comeback since hospitalisation
Offset fans drop meaningful advice after his return to the casino following hospitalisation
Offset is getting words of wisdom from his fans after the rapper's energetic comeback to stage, social media and casino, just days after being hospitalised following a shooting outside the Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood on April 6.
Not only did the wheelchair-dependant musician make a swift return to performing over the weekend less than 48 hours after being discharged, the Migos member was also spotted at a casino, riding on a scooter and spending the $500k his estranged wife, Cardi B, gave him for some financial cushion.
He even shared clips of himself being wheeled on stage before standing up to perform and a separate photoshoot.
While Offset celebrated the moments online with posts reading “REAL LOVE” and “God is Good Thank you,” fans flooded social media with support, concern and unforgiving sarcasm.
“Sir stay out them damn casinos,” one user wrote, referencing the casino stunt which took place Cardi B called out Offset for splurging the money at the casino. Another joked, “Replace the casino with the gym,” while a third added, “Got shot and went to modeling.”
"Go be a better parent," another wrote.
Some comments pointed to bigger concerns. “Gambling is a bad addiction I know first hand,” one fan noted, as another urged, “Be smart after that shooting no more casino.”
Others took a more supportive tone, with messages like, “We need more music from you, stay safe you got a whole culture behind you… we here,” and “Brothers back with a new lease on life.”
The mixed reactions come as the investigation into the shooting remains ongoing. Lil Tjay was briefly detained at the scene and charged with disorderly conduct, though no major charges have been filed so far.
