Camilla Luddington opens up about life with two kids
Grey's Anatomy star Camilla Luddington has opened up about her summer plans with two kids.
Speaking with People Magazine, Camilla, who shares children, daughter Hayden and son Lucas, with Matthew Alan revealed that their summer will revolve around her kids' activities.
Camilla said, "Oh God, the dreaded summer entertainment."
"It's going to be a lot of sports — that's the truth. We haven't planned a summer vacation yet, but definitely a lot of T-ball, softball and us sitting on the sidelines," the actress added.
Moreover, Camilla Luddington also shared her practical approach to keeping her kids fueled during busy days.
She also added, "Also, listen, I do know that I could throw them a bag of donuts and they'd be excited, but I don't have mom guilt over this."
"And so for me, I'm a little type B. I don't always have the right things. This is perfect grab-and-go," Camilla added.
Furthermore, the actress also shared about managing her health after being diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease.
She said, "I was very puffy all the time, not knowing why I was exhausted. I was not working out. I hadn't seen a workout class in years, and I'm back at Barry's bootcamp lifting weights. So I feel more myself. I feel like I have more energy for work, for my family."
"It feels like a lot of self-care at this point, just avoiding gluten and all these things that I'm sort of learning," Camilla added.
