Zach Bryan has finally revealed why he canceled his Oklahoma concert.
On Friday, the 30-year-old singer took to Instagram and shared that he was “forced” to cancel a show in Tulsa due to severe weather conditions.
“I am being forced by team to cancel the show tonight due to the threat of extreme and dangerous weather,” penned Zach.
“I’ve never canceled a show in my life but I unfortunately don’t have a choice in the matter," he added. "We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding."
The I Remember Everything hitmaker also shared a screenshot of a text exchange with his team.
“I know you’re gonna hate me for this, but we have no choice but to cancel the show," the unnamed sender texted him.
The sender explained that they had spoken with “meteorologists, and local authorities," all of whom agreed that if the show went ahead, they would be "putting everyone’s safety at risk."
“Are you kidding,” Zach texted back.
For those unversed, the musician was scheduled to perform at H.A. Chapman Stadium in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on Friday.
This is the first time Zac has canceled a show in his career.
