Patrick J Adams makes surprising confession about his stage name: 'I could go back in time'

Patrick J Adam has finally unveiled the name of her third baby

The ‘Suits’ actor, who welcomed his third child with wife Troian Bellisario back in January, revealed the moniker he decided for the newborn on a recent appearance on the podcast 'Not Skinny But Not Fat,' via People.

During the conversation, host Amanda Hirsch Patrick explained the reason behind picking “J” as his middle initial for his stage name.

The 'Madison' actor admitted that he was influenced by Michael J. Fox while expressing regret that he could have chosen a better name.

“I wish I’d chosen a better name at that point. A hard pivot,” Patrick told Amanda.

Mentioning his newborn daughter's moniker, he continued, “We just had a daughter, and we almost named her August. We love the name August Adams. I wish my name were August Adams. I wish I could go back in time.”

Amanda immediately asked, “Wait, you didn’t share your new daughter’s name yet, right?”

“Oh, I guess I haven’t. It’s not secret,” Patrick quipped.

“I can break the news here. Her name is Imogen, the proud father revealed.

Amanda, expressing her liking for the Patrick's daughter moniker, inquired if they ask the little one, “Imy.”

Patrick responded, “We’re rehearsing nicknames. We’ve got Imy, we’ve got Momo. Moji. We’re seeing what sticks. But Imogen."

Patrick and Troian are also parents to daughters Aurora, 7, and Elliot, 4.
