Gigi Hadid battles heartache after Zayn Malik's brutal love confession
Zayn Malik admits he was 'never in love' with Gigi Hadid?
Gigi Hadid is reportedly trying hard to brush off painful confession from ex-partner Zayn Malik, with whom she shares daughter Khai.
Recently, Malik admitted that he doesn't believe he was ever "in love" with the supermodel during their years-long relationship.
However, insiders revealed that the comment caught Hadid off guard and stirred up old emotions.
Despite being separated from Malik for years and dating Bradley Cooper now, source stated, "Gigi is way beyond being hurt by anything Zayn says, but that doesn't mean it isn't triggering for her."
"She sees everything and did not appreciate him taking that shot at her," the source told Radar Online.
Furthermore, Gigi Hadid is reportedly "not interested" in responding to Zayn Malik's confession publicly. "She would never give Zayn the satisfaction of saying anything directly in response – she's not interested in getting in a big public fight with him," the source said.
Yet, the source states that "it does feel very tit for tat that she went out and made a big show of kissing Bradley in public in New York, days later."
Adding, "She wants to keep things as cordial as possible for Khai's sake and is very happy with her new man, who also happens to be a huge movie star."
"But that's Zayn, he's always been very combative. She wishes he'd get better, but he won't," the source added.
