Cindy Crawford's fans raise eyebrows over early morning jacuzzi, trampoline routine
Cindy Crawford sparks reactions from fans after 2.5 hour morning routine flex
Cindy Crawford just made her fans feel out of place with her 2.5-hour morning wellness routine.
The model and actress, 60, gave an insider look at her early morning routine on Wednesday via Instagram. The clip showed her documenting her day, starting at 6 a.m. with her Bible app, and then dry brushing and using a gua sha on her face to improve circulation.
She then sits on a Bemer mat for muscle recovery, wears a Capillus red light hat, and uses a red light device on her face by 6:45 a.m.
By 7 a.m., she drinks apple cider vinegar and walks barefoot on the grass before using her jacuzzi. She then dresses for a workout, makes coffee with collagen, checks emails, and heads to the gym for exercises including trampoline jumping, stretching, hanging, and pilates.
However, social media users reacted with a mix of admiration and humour. Some found the routine inspiring, while others pointed out the wealth implied.
“I can’t imagine having a jacuzzi at the start of the day,” one user wrote, while another said, “If I had nothing but money and time, I’d like to believe this is how I would also do my morning routine.”
The reactions didn't stop there, with others finding it nostalgic and noting Crawford’s influence since the 1990s. A few joked about the extravagance, with remarks like, “Cindy, I’m too poor for this,” and “There’s nothing like having money.”
