British journalist Piers Morgan has said the video of criticizing US singer Billie Eilish is a fake AI-generated video.
Taking to X on Thursday, the journalist re-shared the widely circulated video with an explanation, writing, "This is fake AI video, now getting widespread traction. I hope most people aren't dump enough to fall for it."
The video was shared by an X account DK with the caption, "JUST IN: Billie Eilish panicking after Nike, Lexus and Corona drop a total of $20 deals because of her Grammy Comments."
In the clip which has garnered nearly a million views, Morgan is shown criticizing Billie Eilish over his remarks made during the recent Grammy Awards ceremony were she called out ICE or Immigration and Customs Enforcement for their actions, saying, “No one is illegal on stolen land.”
