Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's relationship is reportedly being tested as the NFL star deals with football loss.

With Kelce's team being eliminated from 2025-2026 NFL playoff, the sources told Radar Online that Swift's beau is taking it "pretty badly."

"Like any top athlete, Travis is all about winning, so when things aren't going the team's way, he takes it pretty badly," an insider stated.

They went on to add, "The losses affect Taylor because she's riding out all of those emotions alongside him."

As per the sources Kelce and Swift have been "on high for so long" therefore, "this is uncharted territory for them."

"They're not this golden couple who can wave a magic wand at anything and come out on top," they noted.

For those unaware, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce began dating in summer 2023, when both were on peak of their career. The Lover hitmaker had kicked off her successful Eras Tour at the time and the American football tight end was coming off two recent Super Bowl wins and third win with Swift cheering from the stands.

Now, the source said, "The last thing Travis wants is to go out on a bad season. Travis throws his heart and soul into every game," especially after dismissing retirement rumours.

Swift and Kelce got engaged on August 26, 2025. The source noted that the Blank Space singer involves her beau in all the details, adding, "overall things are great between them, but like every couple, they're learning to navigate the ups and downs."
