‘Disgraced’ Andrew’s past scandals catch up to his daughters
Former Prince Andrew’s daughters are facing the consequences of his sins, insider
Former Prince Andrew’s past scandals are causing problems for his daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.
According to a latest report by Radar Online, Beatrice and Eugenie are seething after losing financial security they expected from the Royal Lodge.
The 31-room mansion, which is worth around $40 million, has gone back to the Crown Estate after Andrew lost his royal ties.
Now, insiders told the publication that both of his daughters cannot claim to it and it has been upsetting for the princesses.
The insider said that once the lease of the property is “terminated or surrendered, there is nothing to pass on."
"This was not just a place to live. It was a valuable leasehold asset that justified significant personal investment over time,” another revealed.
One source revealed that neither Beatrice not Eugenie “needs Royal Lodge for housing, but losing a $40million asset changes the shape of their futures."
"They feel they are paying the price for decisions they did not make. The anger is real, and it is directed squarely at how their father's scandal keeps shrinking their options,” the insider noted.
Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, who were sharing the property for the past 20 years despite their divorce, have reportedly been given a date to vacate it, due to their past association with Jeffrey Epstein.
