Jennifer Lopez response to why she doesn't dress her age goes viral

Jennifer Lopez has addressed criticism which she often receives from a section of social media users for the dresses she wears during her performances.

As she took the stage at her Las Vegas residency, the actress and singer hit back at her critics in way that left her fans in fits of laughter and her haters seething with anger.   

Taking aim at her critics, she said, "I do laugh at some of the things because they  do funny things too. They say "Why does she always take pictures like that... she always smiles with her mouth open. Why she always dress that way, why doesn't she dress her age. And I say, 'if you had that body you would be naked too." 

The "On the Floor" singer donned a bold dress as she mocked her critics  at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, where she was performing as part of her newly launched Up All Night Live shows. 

The video of Jennifer Lopez's remarks has gone viral, with her millions of fans praising the singer for the befitting response. 

"Honesty making me feel better about my body because I’m 40 & it’s not the same, & she looks good, but it’s also not the same, and I feel better about it now," said an X user commenting on Lopez's video.

"True, but I wouldn't be saying it out loud lol," said another.

A third, who didn't agree with her, wrote, "She’s trash at singing, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t look fabulous. LOL "
