Is Dakota Johnson dating rapper Role Model?

Dakota Johnson and Role Model have sparked dating rumors after they were photographed having dinner together over the holidays.

As per TMZ, the Fifty Shades of Grey actress and the Hello! singer were “cuddled up” and got “very close” throughout the evening, igniting rumors about a possible romance.

However, the two were not alone as they were joined by their friends.

For those unversed, Dakota was previously in a relationship with Coldplay singer Chris Martin. The two called it quits in June 2025 after eight years of dating.

Back in 2023, in an interview with E!, the 36-year-old actor admired Chris revealing how he helped her during her tough time.

"A few weeks ago, I was having a low day. And my partner said to me, 'Are you really struggling?' and I said 'No?'" "And he said, 'Baby, you are wearing a Cats T-shirt.' As in Cats the music. So it turns out, I really was struggling," she said.

"But that moment lifted me up and pulled me out of it," added the Madame Web actress.

On the professional front, Dakota is currently busy filming the highly anticipated romantic thriller Verity alongside Josh Hartnett and Anne Hathaway. The film is scheduled to be released in cinemas on October 2, 2026.
