Patron Queen Camilla’s pup makes strides: ‘He seems to have come a long way’
Pup that Queen Camilla named gets spotlight on the Royal Family’s Instagram page
A Medical Detection Dog named Freddy, who was named by Patron Queen Camilla seems to have come a long way. His progress has just been shared on the Royal Family’s Instagram as part of a joint post with the foundation.
The update comes alongside adorable snaps of the pup, at many an outdoor activities like the hair dresser, a bakery, the grocery store, fields, camping etc.
A more in-depth update also accompanies the caption and reads, “It has been a busy year for Medical Alert Assistance Dog trainee, Freddy, as he came several paws closer to being fully qualified and matched to his future client.”
According to the foundation, “he’s been to supermarkets, school, hospitals, building sites, festivals and even @crufts to name just some of the places his public access training has taken him.”
Furthermore, “he’s been on beach and camping holidays with his volunteer puppy socialisers where he has let his fur down and enjoyed some downtime. And he celebrated important occasions such as Easter, birthdays and Remembrance Sunday as part of the family.”
