Victoria Beckham is reportedly hoping to heal relationship with son Brooklyn Beckham in 2026.
Despite professional and personal milestones in 2025, David and Victoria Beckham's tensions with Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz have casted a shadow over family's happiness.
Insiders told Closer Magazine, the former Spice Girl is focused on a fresh start in new year. "Vic is determined that 2026 is going to be a new year – a fresh start where they try to now leave the toxic situation in the past."
"Despite the fact that so many amazing things happened for them in 2025, she just wants to put what was a horrible and heartbreaking year behind them – to draw a line under it and start 2026 afresh. Looking back on the year, she feels that while there were some standout moments, they all feel overshadowed by the ongoing drama and rows with Brooklyn and Nicola," the source said.
Adding, "Vic knows that acceptance of the situation is not easy, and she knows it’s up to her to “live her values” so the rest of the family can follow her example. Even though she still feels it twisting like a knife, she has to be the one to put on a brave face for the sake of the kids and her parents – and for her, that means suppressing a lot of her feelings of anger and frustration towards Nicola."
Sources have claimed that Victoria Beckham feels if she doesn't move on from past, then the situation will continue into 2026 and drag through year. Notably, David Beckham agrees that they should move forward and accept the situation as it is.
"He’d still be pushing for a face-to-face with Brooklyn, as he still feels they could resolve it – but he’s also determined not to let it overshadow any more of their lives for now," the source noted.
