'Sister Wives' Kody Brown makes unexpected confession about ex-wife Christine
'Sister Wives' Kody Brown admits he does not 'expect it to be easy' with ex-wife Christine
Getting ready for the second stop on his “apology tour” on Sister Wives, Kody Brown opened up about his relationship with now ex-wife Christine Brown.
On the Sunday, December 14 episode of the TLC series, following his successful trip to see Janelle in North Carolina, the 56-year-old TV personality said, “I think the easiest of the chores was going to see Janelle and apologize to her.”
“So, when I go see Christine, I don’t expect it to be easy necessarily,” Kody noted.
The patriarch of the Brown family went on to admit that he was looking forward to experiencing the “same kind of tenderness and grace” from Christine as he received from Janelle; however, he was “prepared for a very different experience.”
Moving forward, he stated that Christine strained their relationship after becoming the first one to leave him in November 2021.
For those unaware, Christine was the one among Kody’s four wives who left him after their 25-year spiritual marriage.
After a year, Jenelle followed in her footsteps and decided to part ways with him in December 2022.
It is pertinent to mention that Meri Brown also confirmed her separation from Kody in January 2023, leaving him in a monogamous marriage to Robyn Brown.
