Neil Diamond's wife shares secret to their 14-year marriage

Neil Diamond's wife Katie has opened up about the couple's long-standing marriage.

In an interview with People Magazine, Katie revealed the secret to almost 14-years of their marriage.

At the premiere of Song Sung Blue, the American Talent manager said about the couple's relationship, "We're best friends, and we really support each other. We lift each other up, and through thick and thin, through sickness and health, we really live it. And I think that that’s the secret."

She went on to add, "And it's our 14th wedding anniversary coming up in April."

Furthermore, sharing about how they plan to mark the occasion, Katie said, "I mean, every day we try to make it special and celebrate every day."

Neil Diamond and Katie Diamond began dating in 2009 after working together. Previously, Neil told The Telegraph that he had no initial feelings for Katie as he was focused on music.

But, he saw Katie in different light when they began working together. "We kind of fell in love, slowly. She wove her way into my heart, and I think she’s a great person. I realized that I was in love with her," Neil said.
