Taylor Swift's ex plans to follow in her footsteps: Report

John Mayer is reportedly ready to turn the page on his love life just like his ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift. 

As fans will be aware, Mayer and Swift dated briefly from late 2009 to early 2010.

Now, months after Swift announced her engagement with Travis Kelce, reports about Mayer's future plans have surfaced.

According to a new report from Us Weekly, the singer-songwriter and social media personality, Kat Stickler, have been going strong and are already looking ahead to the next phase of their relationship.

“John is at a point in his life where he is ready to settle down and is looking to seriously date,” a source told the outlet, adding that Mayer and Stickler are now “getting serious.”

The insider shared that the couple recently spent Thanksgiving weekend together and that Kat has already been introduced to some of John's close friends, a sign the relationship is moving in a meaningful direction.

As for why things have been clicking so effortlessly between the two, the source explained that their personalities play a major role. 

“They both are funny and have a great sense of humor, and their personalities are a good match,” the insider said.
