Sydney Sweeney sets record straight on cosmetic surgery speculations

Sydney Sweeney has revealed that she has "never" had any cosmetic work done.

In a new interview with Allure, the 28-year-old actress has dismissed rumors that she has undergone plastic surgery.

"Let’s debunk them all. I mean, I have never gotten work done," declared Sydney. "I am so scared of needles, you have no idea."

"I am too scared of needles," continued the Anyone But You star. "I just, you guys, you cannot compare a photo of me from when I was 12 to a photo of me at 26 with professional make-up and lighting."

"Of course, I'm gonna look different! Everybody on social media is insane!" she added. "Also, if I did, you guys, my face would be even."

Sydney found herself in hot water last month after her contentious American Eagle ad, which was accused of promoting Nazi-like eugenics as aspirational.

When GQ asked the Euphoria actress to comment on the scandal, she responded, "When I have an issue that I want to speak about, people will hear."

"I know at the end of the day what that ad was for, and it was great jeans, so it didn't affect me one way or the other," she added.
