Prince Harry has won a review of decision over tax payer funded security woes.

The Duke of Sussex has reportedly got a chance to present his case to the Home Office again as new review allows him to qualify for police protection on visits to the UK.

This comes after Harry, earlier this year, accused the “establishment stitch-up” after the High Court denied his appeal to get tax payer funded security.

The Sun reports: “A decision is expected next month from the government body, which is overseen by the Home Office.”

“If it rules he requires armed protection then taxpayers would pay for it whenever he is in the UK,” the outlet adds.

Earlier this year, Prince Harry lit up the British American Business Council’s annual Christmas lunch on Friday in Santa Monica with his trademark wit, serving up laughs at royal life and American culture.

Speaking to over 200 business leaders, the Duke of Sussex joked that growing up in the royal family sometimes felt like living in a real-life Downton Abbey.

“Only one world is filled with drama, intrigue, elaborate dinners, and marriages to Americans,” he quipped, “the other is a TV show.”

Prince Harry left the Royal Family back in 2020 alongside wife Meghan Markle and son, Prince Archie. The couple later accused the Royal Family of showcasing racism towards their son and publicly shared their grievances on television. Harry and Meghan now live in California, where they also welcomed their daughter, Princess Lilibet.
