Melbourne high school on lockdown after principal stabbed in tragic incident

A dreadful incident occurred at a high school in Melbourne’s outer south-east after a principal was reportedly stabbed.
According to Victoria Police, the man was taken to hospital and another arrested over the perpetrated stabbing at Keysborough Secondary College in the city’s southeast on Tuesday afternoon.
Victoria Police said in a statement, “It is alleged a male assaulted another man at the secondary school about 3pm.”
Concerning the situation, officers immediately arrived at the scene, arrested a man, and will interview him eventually.
The victim was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries consistent with a stabbing.
Investigators believe that the people involved in this matter are known to each other.
Keeping in view the serious situations, Keysborough college said that the Acacia campus had been put into lockdown.
The text said that all students are safe and any students still inside the school will be permitted to leave shortly,
The Labor Allan government in Victoria has potentially introduced new laws adding three years jail time for knife-related crimes following the increasingly violent incidents including a random stabbing in Melbourne’s CBD and deaths of two boys in Melbourne’s west.
In addition, the incident comes less than a week after a Berwick school was put into lockdown amid reports one student had stabbed another.
