Meghan Markle, Prince Harry receive good news about royal titles
King Charles has stripped his disgraced brother Andrew of his royal titles

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have received a good news about their royal titles amid claims Prince William will strip them of their honours when he becomes the King.

The good news has come from royal expert Tom Bower while speaking to the Mirror.

The royal expert said stripping Meghan and Harry of their royal titles would not be such an easy decision, and it won’t be King Charles signature on the papers.

The outlet quoted the royal expert as saying, “With the Sussexes’ titles, it’s a rock and a hard place for the royal family. The only way to undermine Meghan’s status, although it would look like sour grapes, is to take away her title.”

Bower continued, “And it won’t happen during Charles’s lifetime. He will only act on William’s pressure and there’s no reason ostensibly at the moment to strip them of their titles, they haven’t done anything embarrassing, other than using it to trade on.”

However, he also warned, “They would have to be very careful about how they do it, but I think it is inevitable.”

Tom Bower remarks came after King Charles stripped his disgraced brother Andrew of his titles.

The palace announced recently King Charles has initiated a formal process to remove the style, titles and honours of Andrew.

Andrew will now be known as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor. His lease on Royal Lodge has, to date, provided him with legal protection to continue in residence. “Formal notice has now been served to surrender the lease and he will move to alternative private accommodation.”

Meghan and Harry stepped down as a senior royals back in 2020 and moved to US, where they currently live with their children Archie and Lilibet.
