Prince William will reportedly skip King Charles private Christmas lunch as royal tensions are boiling over as Andrew gets a private invite.
According to royal expert Rob Shuter, apparently after a year of nonstop disagreements, icy moments, and completely clashing ideas about the future of the monarchy, “William has decided he’s spending the holidays with the Middleton clan instead.”
He claimed, “I’ve been hearing whispers from inside the palace walls, and since I’m basically your best friend with a backstage pass to Windsor drama, I have to tell you this: Prince William is skipping King Charles’ Christmas lunch again. Yes, again. And trust me — this isn’t about scheduling. This is about tension thick enough to spread on a scone.”
The royal expert further said their offices didn’t respond to comment — classic — but one source told The Royalist, and he quotes, “William and the family will dutifully go to church with big smiles plastered on, but they’re not expected for lunch at the big house. It’s been an extremely difficult year for William and Catherine.”
He also disclosed the real reason Prince William will skip the family event, saying “And here’s the real jaw-dropper — and yes, I triple-checked this because it’s that wild — Charles has invited Prince Andrew to the private Christmas lunch. Andrew. But not to church, obviously, because that would be a PR disaster of biblical proportions.
“So imagine it: a cozy royal lunch featuring Charles… and Andrew… with William and Catherine nowhere in sight.”
