Exact number of times Andrew Mounbatten Windsor's name appears in Epstein files revealed
Andrew Mounbatten Windsor's name appears in Epstein files along with many celebrities
Andrew Mounbatten Windsor’s name has come up again in relation to Jeffrey Epstein, and that too in the "most shameful" manner, per sources.
In the newly released Jeffrey Epstein emails, disgraced Andrew’s name came up 173 times, which is more than the late sex trafficker’s right-hand woman, Ghislaine Maxwell, who was mentioned 135 times.
It is also the highest number of times any British person has been named in the files, which include mails, travel slips, legal notes, interview summaries, subpoenas and media research.
"The volume is staggering, and that alone is raising eyebrows," a senior committee source told Radar Online.
"It's the sheer scale that is proving the most shameful for him now," another mole remarked.
"These mentions show how entangled he was in every layer of the correspondence," noted another.
The 23,000-document compilation was handed over to the U.S. House Oversight Committee by the Epstein estate.
The 30 British public figures that appear in the files include former prime minister Tony Blair, who appears 22 times, David Cameron 19, Gordon Brown 16 and Peter Mandelson 10.
Ghislaine’s dad, fraudulent newspaper tycoon Robert Maxwell, appears 47 times.
Epstein’s victim Virginia Giuffre, who accused Andrew of having sex with her, is mentioned 58 times.
Others include Diana, Princess of Wales, mentioned 14 times, and Queen Camilla, nine times. Celebrities included Bono with 16 mentions, Mick Jagger with nine, Adele with eight, Sir Elton John with eight, Sir David Beckham with nine and actor Colin Firth with 10.
