Eminem took to social media to express his gratitude to the people of Detroit
After his latest collaboration with Jack White, Eminem took to social media to share multiple pictures with the guitarist and singer.
The Detroit native thanked fans writing on X and Instagram, "Detroit thank u!!! So great to join Jack White with Denaun Porter at the Detroit Lions NFL Thanksgiving Halftime Show.
Denaun Porter, also known as Mr. Porter, is a long-time collaborator and friend of Eminem who has produced music for him and appeared as his on-stage hype man in and around Detroit.
Jack White sought success with his solo career and collaborations after White Stripes disbanded.
Meanwhile, White's Thanksgiving Day halftime performance featuring the surprise appearance by Eminem has been released as a single to streaming services.
It is credited to both Jack White and Eminem.
According to Detroit News, the halftime performance was the first under the Lions' recently announced partnership with Eminem and his manager, Paul Rosenberg, to executive-produce the Lions' Thanksgiving halftime show. Their stewardship runs through 2027.
