Mason Thames gushes about close relationship with rumored girlfriend
Mason Thames has recently appeared in 'The Black Phone 2' and 'Regretting You' and ' How to Train Your Dragon'
Mason Thames and Mckenna Grace are now best friends.
Thames couldn’t stop praising his Regretting You co-star in a new interview.
"She's such a fantastic actress," he told People. "Seeing her on screen is different than watching her do her thing. And she's the closest person to me. So getting to do that with her was really, really special. Just getting to promote it and the whole process itself was something I'll never forget."
The Black Phone star previously revealed how he met the Gifted actress, saying, "From the moment I met her, we were in this Uber going to see, I think, Deadpool & Wolverine. And instead of it just being super, super-duper awkward for a first meeting, it was so funny and so awesome."
"We just clicked immediately. And ever since then, we just hung out all the time," he added.
The How to Train Your Dragon star also revealed that Grace gave him a thoughtful gift for his 18th birthday.
"Oh my God, she got me a Spider-Man wallet and this backpack and this card that I’m not going to get into detail because it’s too special to me. It was great," he gushed.
Beyond their sweet friendship and undeniable chemistry, the two also sparked romance rumors after they were photographed holding hands in June. They've also posted a video of themselves kissing on TikTok alongside other seemingly romantic clips.
The duo’s sizzling onscreen chemistry and the clips they shared of them kissing have sparked rumors that they’re dating. They even shared that they improvised a lot of kisses during the filming of Regretting You, but the smooches “didn’t always make it” into the film.
Regretting You also stars Dave Franco, Allison Williams, Willa Fitzgerald and Scott Eastwood.
