Taylor Swift expected to play key role at Grammys despite no nomination
Will Taylor Swift appear at Grammy Awards 2026?
Taylor Swift might not have scored a nomination for the Grammy Awards 2026, but she is expected to serve in a major category.
The 35-year-old pop superstar is not nominated in any of the categories because her latest album, The Life of a Showgirl, was released after the window for consideration, but it will be eligible for the 2027 Grammys.
The Fate of Ophelia hitmaker’s fans believe that Swift will appear as the presenter at the ceremony in February.
The speculation started when multiple X accounts posted about having confirmed tip from insiders.
Reacting to the post, one Swiftie wrote, “She should announce an album as a presenter, let all of the fandoms have a meltdown lmaoooo.”
Another guessed, “if that’s the case Sabrina definitely winning something!,” while one agreed, “this actually would be a good year for her to present AOTY, she’s the one with the most wins and she’s not nominated and her giving it to gaga, kendrick, sabrina or bad bunny would all be nice to see.”
While a Swiftie requested, “period with a taypeformance please if you can Hear us.”
However, many argued that the Recording Academy has not made an official announcement yet, and Swift might not even attend considering that she did not participate in the nominations.
