Truth behind Timothee Chalamet's snub to Kylie Jenner on family event

Kylie Jenner and Timothee Chalamet sparked breakup rumours after the actor was noticeably absent from Kris Jenner’s recent birthday bash.

In the guest list of the momager’ 70th birthday party, several A-listers made an appearance but her daughter’s boyfriend was not one of them.

Speaking about the no-show, an insider close to the Call Me By Your Name star told Us Weekly, that there is no trouble in paradise, and Chalamet missed out on the party because of his work commitment, as he is “filming two huge projects.”

Despite his packed schedule, the Ladybird star and Jenner, 28, “FaceTime every day” while he’s at the Dune: Part Three set.

The source clarified that “everything is going well” for the couple, even if they choose to keep their relationship private.

“Kylie respects that he is working really hard right now and having a huge moment in his career,” the insider added.

They claimed that the makeup mogul “doesn’t mind” the low-key nature of their relationship as they are “very serious” about each other.

“Everyone adores them together and he has even been present in the kids’ lives, which makes Kylie so happy,” they added, referring to the reality star’s children, Stormi, 7, and Aire, 3, whom she shares with ex Travis Scott.

Alluding to her love life, Jenner admitted in her sister Khloe Kardashian’s podcast, Khloe in Wonderland, that she is the happiest she’s ever been.
