Taylor Swift nemesis US President reignited feud on social media
White House sparks outrage among Taylor Swift fans with new move
Taylor Swift’s renowned opponent, President Donald Trump, has added fresh fuel to the flames of his long-running feud with the pop superstar.
After a long time of criticising the Eras Tour performer and making his dislike for her clear and public, Trump’s White House social media team shared their take on Swift’s viral song trend.
The official account shared a TikTok video featuring the U.S. military, the president himself, Vice President JD Vance, along with their wives, with the Grammy winner’s The Fate of Ophelia playing in the background.
Furious Swifties criticised the president on social media, urging the Opalite hitmaker to take legal action against Trump and his team for copyright infringement.
Many ridiculed the president for openly admitting his hate for Swift and then using her music, recalling the Truth Social post where he wrote, “I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT!”
Another wrote, “MAGA is so desperate to seem mainstream that they’re using the music of the woman they’ve been publicly attacking since the 2010s.”
While a third chimed in, “I’m sure he wishes she would sue to start the conflict he’s been wanting to have with her. He lives for it.”
According to the latest update by usamidia, Swift has reportedly sued the Trump administration for copyright theft, in a $200M lawsuit.
