PS5 Store hint suggests GTA 6 pre-orders coming soon: Here's what to know

Rockstar Games’ latest addition of a GTA+ commercial on the PlayStation store listing for Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA 6) has sparked excitement among its fans, adding buzz that trailer 3 might be released anytime soon and that pre-orders could open in the near future.

Social media has been buzzing with debates about new trailers and possible delays. While many of these theories did not hold ground in the past, this latest indication is generating real anticipation. 

The new promo for GTA+ was first spotted by a Reddit user on the GTA VI product page when browsing on a PlayStation 5 and shared it on the subreddit r/GTA.

Significantly, this GTA+ promotion was previously featured only on the GTA V and GTA Online pages, marking its first appearance on the GTA VI store listing.

The precise date it was added, however, remains unknown.

Interestingly, the promo only appears on the PS5 console store and is absent from both the website and the Xbox store listing, as per Rockstar Intel.

While it is pertinent to mention that other Rockstar titles included in GTA+, such as the GTA Trilogy, do not display this advertisement.

Besides this, many speculative theories have proven baseless or been debunked; this significant one appears more plausible, though it could still be just a coincidence.

The report mentions that although fans are curious to see GTA 6 pre-orders open soon, the advertisement of the GTA+ promo may not be a definitive sign.

It could simply be a store update to promote Rockstar’s subscription service, especially with a new GTA+ month starting today, Thursday, November 06, 2025.
