Royal family honours esteemed figure after settling Andrew Mountbatten Windsor scandal
Royal fans received delightful news about a mega event set to take place in Buckingham Palace after Andrew and Sarah Ferguson's final farewell.
King Charles is set to honour his mother Queen Elizabeth, as a few rarely seen classic and timeless wardrobe items of the late monarch will be on display in an upcoming exhibition.
According to reports, the renowned British designers Erdem Moralioglu, Richard Quinn, and Christopher Kane are participating in a fashion exhibition titled Queen Elizabeth II: Her Life in Style, contributing pieces to the event.
For the unversed, the event will take place at The King’s Gallery, Buckingham Palace, next year.
Around 200 items will be put on display, which were styled by the fashion icon of the royal family, Elizabeth II.
Caroline de Guitaut, the curator of the much-awaited exhibition, said, "Queen Elizabeth II’s wardrobe was a masterclass in symbolism, tailoring and British craftsmanship."
Speaking of the event, she added, "In this landmark exhibition, as well as unveiling garments spanning every decade of the late Queen’s life, we are thrilled to be including works by three contemporary designers who have so successfully reinterpreted her style for the present day, demonstrating how her fashion legacy continues to be woven into the fabric of British design."
It is not hard to say that this update must have been relieving for the well-wishers of the monarchy, who were quite upset due to Andrew and Fergie's controversy involving Jeffrey Epstein.
