Spooky ‘Queen of Halloween’ has again pulled it off.

Heidi Klum nailed the 2025, Annual Halloween’s Party with her weirdest look this season.

On Friday night October 31, 2025, Heidi Klum revealed her 2025 Halloween look as "Medusa."

Heidi transformed with a headpiece of moving snakes, fangs and a forked tongue, paired with a full snake body suit and a long tail.

She wielded a bow and arrow that she playfully aimed at Kaulitz, between sticking her tongue out menacingly at photographers.

Heidi, alongside her husband Tom Kaulitz, hosted her 24th annual Halloween Party which has become one of the signature events of Spooky Season, as Klum always turns up in a jaw-dropping look in recent years.

The model had been dropping Easter eggs for this year’s costume all month on her social media, and recently told Good Morning America, “I’m going to be very ugly — very scary, but very ugly.”

Heidi collaborated with prosthetic makeup designer and Emmy award winner Mike Marino for her Halloween look.

“It all started about 25 years ago when I was searching for the party in New York City and I thought, I’m going to have to take that one over," she shared. 

America’s got talent judge Heidi has built a reputation for her elaborated, headline-grabbing transformations for almost 2 decades now.

She has been throwing her annual Halloween party since 2000.

Over the years, she’s appeared as everything, from elderly women to an alien and even worm.

Heidi and her husband went fully fictional at last year's 2024 Halloween's look as the couple dressed as ET-aliens from the famed 1982 Steven Spielberg film.

The Halloween queen loves experimenting with different get-ups and already plans every look ahead of the next Halloween.

Heidi relieved to have next year’s concept already mapped out. “I already know what I’m doing next year, which is such a blessing,” she said.
