Gemini is set to arrive on Google TV Streamer this winter
Gemini will be available on more devices this winter
The wider rollout of the Gemini for Home voice assistant preview is scheduled for this winter, and it will replace the current Google assistant with a more natural and lively conversation on your TV.
The prime motive behind the new development is to provide enhanced optimization for larger screens.
Meanwhile the company confirmed that today, Gemini for Google TV today is only available for the TCL QM9K series.
Google previously gave a “ later this” timeframe, but has now narrowed it down to this winter.
Gemini for Google TV allows for engaging dialogues about entertainment, and helping users discover what to watch- whether they are browsing for something intriguing or describing a show whose name they don’t remember.
The exact data has not been revealed, but the addition of Gemini will allow users to significantly narrow their search window.
This change will create more conversational and personalized AI assistants for some of the most popular Google TV devices, making entertainment more intelligent and seamless than ever.
