Health is one of the essential prerequisites that no one should take for granted.
The Princess of Wales, whose life is filled with royal engagements, has adopted a new hobby to help her enjoy a little me-time.
Chris Levine, the artist who photographed the late Queen, is reportedly teaching Princess Kate, 43, how to mediate, reported Mail.
Among Chris's most famous portraits is one he created of Kate's grandmother-in-law, Queen Elizabeth, in 2004, titled 'Lightness of Being.'
Speaking to Hello! in September 2025 about the portrait of the Queen which may have inspired him to teach Kate how to mediate, the artist revealed:
'This shot was actually an out-take. A couple of years later, I was looking through the work, and thought: 'Wow, that's pretty powerful!. It's the most evocative image of a royal by any artist, and it's become a historic work.'
For the unversed, mediation is a practice that involves focused attention to achieve a clear and calm state of mind.
When it comes to Kate's hobbies are concerned, she is also a keen sportswoman and enjoys playing tennis.
The future queen has served as the patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club since 2016.
Interestingly, she revealed on Mike Tindall's The Good, The Bad, and The Rugby podcast in 2023 that a tennis matches are source of playful competition between her and Prince William, where they try to 'out-mental' each other.
